Celeste A. Clark, Ph.D. has served as a director since February 2021. She has been principal of Abraham Clark Consulting, LLC since November 2011, advising on nutrition and health policy, regulatory affairs and leadership development, and has served as an adjunct professor in Michigan State University’s Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition since January 2012. Dr. Clark previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Policy and External Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer of Kellogg Company, concluding a nearly 35-year career in which she led global health, nutrition and regulatory science initiatives, corporate communications, public affairs, philanthropy and administrative functions. She serves on the boards of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. and Darling Ingredients Inc. and as a trustee of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. She previously served on several public company boards. Dr. Clark earned a Ph.D. in Food Science from Michigan State University and received an honorary Ph.D. in Humanities in 2021.
