James C. D’Arecca has served as a director since August 2023. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Haemonetics Corporation, a medical technology company, since April 2022. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. from June 2020 to April 2022 and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Allergan plc, formerly Actavis plc, from August 2013 until its merger with AbbVie Inc. in May 2020. Earlier, he served as Chief Accounting Officer of Bausch & Lomb and held finance and business development roles of increasing responsibility at Merck & Co., Inc. and Schering-Plough Corporation. Mr. D’Arecca began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he focused on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer products. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
