John F. Kelly has served as a director since May 2024. He retired in June 2022 after a 40-year career at Pfizer Inc., where he was a member of the Pfizer Global Supply Leadership Team and the Pfizer PAC Board of Directors. He concluded his Pfizer career as Vice President, Quality Operations and Environment, Health & Safety, with responsibilities spanning pharmaceutical and consumer product operations, manufacturing strategy, business development, quality and environmental, health and safety matters. Mr. Kelly served as Chair of the board of Zydus Cadila Oncology Private Limited, a Pfizer joint venture, from March 2019 to June 2022, after serving as a director from December 2015. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Wakeman Boys & Girls Club and a member of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board. Mr. Kelly earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. in Operations Management from Pace University.
